SUCCEED Sierra,Leone Uptake Manager Andrew Sesay, led the training on Tuesday 5th November 2024. This is a one day refresher’s training for PSW, CSW, Supervisor, and Peer Health Mentor in the Sierra Leone Mental Health Coalition Brookfields office in Freetown.
The training captures, experiences sharing on baseline data collection difficulties, revision of the: individual M&E Contact form, group session form, assessment of needs form, and supervisor’s monthly report form among many others.
PSWs and CSWs were taught on making a monthly face to face home visit calendar for every cluster and putting their participants in proximity of address cluster for easy accessibility during home visit.
The training ended up with questions, clarifications, discussion, and breakfast.
