On Friday 17th October, the department of nursing completed a one year journey to sign a MOU with MOH to upscale 41 State Enrolled Community Health Nurses( certificate) to State Registered Nurses (Diploma). We are the only non-government university that was considered for this programme. All 41 students are fully sponsored by funds of the current Global Fund Grant. Rev Br Richard A. Kabia signed the developed documents together with the Chief Medical Officer Dr Kanneh in Freetown on behalf of the Hospitaller Order of St John of God.
